Technical reliability is as essential as visual purity for our vektron metal ceiling system.

That is why our vektron ceilings were recently subjected to intensive seismic testing at EUCENTRE in Pavia, Italy a leading European centre for earthquake engineering.

The tests were conducted using a 6-DOF shake table and were performed in accordance with the internationally recognised standards ISO 13033:2013 which defines the principles for safe ceiling system design and ICC-ES AC156:2020, which validates that safety through physical testing.
The vektron ceilings were tested under a severe earthquake simulation scenario. The outcome: no damage was observed, confirming the system’s structural robustness and making it suitable for use in seismic-prone areas.

The results confirmed what we aim for in every design: aesthetic integration, functional excellence and resilience under pressure.
